We are a female-owned business led by two partners with truly extraordinary backgrounds. One partner has spent over two decades building a reputation in Managed Services, earning the trust of global clients to keep their operations smooth, scalable, and secure. The other partner began her career in investment banking, became a Microsoft Program Manager, and helped launch the first Xbox before moving into business transformation, coaching Formula 1 teams, telecom giants, pharmaceutical clients, and not-for-profits.
Together, we have built a practice that brings sharp commercial insight, technological expertise, and human-centred leadership to every engagement. We operate internationally, with US, UK, and European offices. We work closely with clients in pharmaceuticals, technology, finance, education, medical distribution, retail, and the third sector.
Our founders includes a former UK military veteran, a former PMI Project Management trainer, and a strong group of delivery specialists who share our belief that values should shape business decisions. That’s why we never take on work involving gambling, recreational drugs, pornography, armaments, or political campaigning. We also avoid any conflict of interest—so, for example, we’ll never provide interim leadership and MSP delivery within the same organisation.
